In 2010, Ukraine minted a silver coin worth 20 hryvnia in the Maritime History of Ukraine series. On the obverse of the coin there is an image of the State Emblem of Ukraine. The semicircle is the inscription "NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE". The top of the obverse as a symbol of sea wanderings is decorated with a wind rose.
On the reverse side of the coin is a Cossack sailing boat of the first half of the 18th century. On the left side of the reverse there is an image of a seagull - a symbol of the sea element. The coin is placed in a capsule.
In the Republic of Belarus in 2010 a set of coins was issued under the name “Operation Bagration”. 4 coins included. They depict portraits:
- I. Baghramyan - Soviet military leader, Marshal of the Soviet Union;
- K. Rokossovsky - Soviet and Polish commander, Marshal of the Soviet Union, Marshal of Poland, the greatest commander who commanded the Victory Parade;
- G. Zakharov - commander of the Great Patriotic War; I. Chernyakhovsky - Army General, twice Hero of the Soviet Union.
Each coin collector will be interested in a very rare rectangular silver coin with a gold coating (partly) with a value of 20 rubles, called Smolensk Icon 2010. She was released in Belarus. The second type of a 20-ruble rectangular silver coin of Belarus is called “Cupid and Psyche”.
In Greece, France, Spain, Slovenia, Portugal, Belgium, Finland, was minted coins worth 2 euros. The same denomination was issued by Luxembourg, San Marino, Italy and the Vatican.
But Germany has pleased the world with a set of coins "2 Euro 2010 Bremen (A, D, F, G, J)".
In 2010, Russia minted 8 varieties of commemorative 10-ruble coins.
