This year, interesting events have occurred that affect many countries. In particular, here we can note the change in the appearance of coins in the USSR. Now the whole chasing was made in a new form, the old samples were no longer used. Although the nickel-copper alloy was still used.
This year was marked by the fact that it was released on 2 types:
- 1 kopeck;
- 2 kopecks;
- 3 kopecks;
- 5 kopecks.
Those who collect coins by year will be interested in both options. On one type of coin there is an inscription in a circle “Proletarians of all countries, unite!”. The other type does not have it, and the letters of the USSR are square, not semicircular.
In 1935, a new type of reverse 20 kopecks appeared. Experts conducted an analysis, and found that until 1939, all the coin reverse were almost identical with respect to the general details of the figure, but this does not apply to the location of the date. Thus, after the pantography, the model did not immediately receive the original mother liquor, but a kind of initial master stamp that did not contain the embossment of the digital date. It was used subsequently for the production of a stamp. On it the missing numbers were filled with punches.
Also in 1935, the minting of 1 dollar coins made of silver was canceled. The reason for this is the abandonment of the precious metals system as an equivalent to the value of finance.
It is worth noting that almost the same thing happened in China. As a result of the law on the abolition of silver yuan and their removal from use. Next, the yuan was replaced by a paper bill, which was called "Fabi".
Also worth noting are many other interesting facts, including:
1. Change the type of coins in Latvia. Prior to this, a common standard for chasing was adopted for 13 years - the emblem on the obverse and the denomination of the wreath on the reverse.
2. Also change the type of coins in Peru. Now on the obverse there is a national emblem and an inscription - the name of the central bank. This standard was adopted before the year 65.
3. In 1935, the Philippines gained autonomous status, which was reflected in the form of coins. Although the coin was still “USA”, the inscription “Commonwealth of the Philippines” has already appeared on the other side.
